3. Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds or cancellations may be issued for Structura Tech Ops™ services and digital products.

 

1. Scope of Policy

This policy applies to:

  • Digital Products: templates, toolkits, guides, trackers, and other downloadable resources.
  • Services: including but not limited to diagnostic sessions, consulting packages, and any structured advisory work.

We do not sell physical goods.

 

2. Digital Product Sales

All digital product sales are final due to the immediate access and non-returnable nature of downloadable content.

 

However, we will provide a replacement file if:

  • You encounter a technical issue preventing download or access, and
  • You contact us within 7 calendar days of purchase with valid proof of issue.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incompatibility with software not stated in the product description
  • Misunderstanding of product purpose or usage
  • Perceived lack of results (employment, revenue, growth, etc.)

 

3. Service Cancellation & Reschedule Terms

One-Time Consultations (e.g., Strategic Clarity Diagnostic):

  • Cancelled 48+ hours before scheduled time: Full refund
  • Cancelled 24–48 hours prior: 50% refund
  • Cancelled under 24 hours or no-show: No refund

One complimentary reschedule is permitted if requested at least 24 hours in advance. Additional reschedules may be declined at Structura’s discretion.

 

Multi-Phase or Project-Based Services:

Refunds are only available if work has not begun. Once deliverables are in progress (e.g., research, strategy, document review), the project is considered active and no refunds will be issued.

  • There is a delay in deliverables due to lack of response or delayed materials from the client
  • The client experiences unmet expectations based on external outcomes (e.g., not securing a job, promotion, or revenue increase)

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service or product in question. By engaging with our services, you acknowledge and accept these limits.

4. Payments Policy

4. Declined or Failed Payments

5. Recurring Payments

At this time, Structura Tech Ops does not offer recurring subscriptions or auto-renewals. All transactions are one-time payments unless expressly stated otherwise in a service agreement.

After successful payment:

  • Unauthorized use or redistribution constitutes a breach of this license and may result in legal action

5. Breach & Consequences
