Do you work with international clients?

Paid services are currently available to Canadian clients only. However, Structura’s free templates and digital resources are available globally, and we may extend support internationally in future phases.

How are Structura services delivered

All services are delivered remotely via video calls (Google Meet) and digital documentation (Google Docs, Notion, PDFs). No in-person sessions are required.

The Fit Call is a 20-minute, no-pressure conversation designed to clarify where you are, where you're stuck, and which Structura pathway — Diagnostic, Template, or Custom Build — is best aligned for you. We’ll ask a few strategic questions about your current situation, goals, and roadblocks — and recommend the most aligned next step. It may be a diagnostic session, a template, or no further action at all.

Is the Fit Call really free?

Yes. It's complimentary, with no obligation. It's designed to save time and ensure mutual fit before either of us commits to anything deeper. Just a quick, focused conversation.

What do I need to prepare?

Nothing formal. But it helps if you can describe your top 1–2 challenges, any systems or tools you're using, and what outcome you're looking for.

What if I’m not ready to invest — should I still book?

Absolutely. The Fit Call helps you get strategic clarity on your situation so that, even if now’s not the right time, you’ll know what to work toward.

What happens after the call?

You’ll get a recommendation on whether to proceed with a Strategic Clarity Diagnostic or explore a resource. You are not obligated to move forward.

Can I book another Fit Call in the future?

Yes — especially if your situation evolves or new decisions arise.

Is this a sales call?

No. While we’ll point you to the next logical option if it’s a match, the Fit Call is not a pitch. It’s a rapid triage designed to save you time and ensure alignment before you invest further.

It’s a paid 60–90 minute deep-dive session designed to assess where you are: identify operational bottlenecks, structural gaps, and root causes — followed by a strategic summary and 30–90 day customized roadmap (whether in business systems or career direction).

Is the Diagnostic mandatory before working with Structura?

Yes. All services, especially for custom services begin with a Diagnostic. It ensures what we build is exactly what you need, not based on guesswork or vague intake forms.

What’s the difference between a Business and Career Diagnostic?

Same format, different lens. Business Diagnostics focus on operations and systems. Career Diagnostics focus on positioning, materials, visibility, and next-step clarity.

Can I use the roadmap even if I don’t work with you after?

Yes. The Diagnostic is standalone value. Many clients implement the roadmap on their own or share it with their team.

Will I be pressured to buy something after?

No. There are no upsells or obligations. If you're a fit for further work, you'll get options. If not, you’ll still leave with clarity and next steps.

Will I get value even if I don’t continue afterward?

Yes. The Diagnostic is designed to stand alone. You’ll leave with real clarity — not a teaser or sales funnel.

Are there different diagnostics for career vs business?

Yes. The structure is similar, but the lens changes. Business Diagnostics focus on operations, systems, and strategy. Career Diagnostics address clarity, positioning, and professional elevation.

Is this just strategy or do you implement too?

Strategy always comes first. If ongoing support is required, we’ll outline what that looks like. But no services are pitched without clarity. The Diagnostic is about right-fit alignment, not blanket execution.

What business size do you typically support?

We work with solopreneurs scaling up, lean 3–5 small person teams, and businesses with up to 50 employees (mid sized). Structura meets you at your growth stage and adapts to your scale — from lean systems to layered operations.

What kind of deliverables do you create?

SOPs, onboarding documents, operational scorecards, team matrices, role descriptions, and scalable documentation. All customized and mapped post-Diagnostic.

What tools do you recommend?

We work with your context and capacity. Structura has deep experience with tools like Notion, ClickUp, Google Workspace, Airtable, Asana, Trello, and more — but recommendations are always tailored.

Do you build documentation or just advise?

Both. Structura can create your SOPs, templates, matrices, onboarding packs, and more — or provide the strategic plan if you have a team to execute it.

What if I already started building systems but feel overwhelmed?

We specialize in course-correcting partially-built structures. If your Notion, ClickUp, or Google Drive is full of half-built docs — we’ll bring clarity, merge chaos, and align execution to purpose.

Can Structura help with team structure or hiring plan?

Yes. Workforce Strategy includes role mapping, job descriptions, performance frameworks, onboarding systems, and hiring process clarity.

Do you offer leadership support for founders or execs?

Yes — but always tied to structure. We don’t do mindset coaching. We do system-oriented decision frameworks and strategic mapping for those who lead.

How do your business services work?

Business services begin after a Strategic Clarity Diagnostic, and may include systems mapping, leadership support, operational design, or premium toolkit integration. All solutions are scoped and tailored based on your unique business state and stage.

Do I need existing systems or documentation to work with Structura?

No. Many clients begin with outdated tools, undocumented workflows, or no formal systems at all. Structura specializes in building clarity from the ground up.

Yes. Every engagement begins with clarity. Once we understand your context, we can recommend a toolkit or custom service.

Can I get help with just my resume or LinkedIn?

What if I’m still figuring out what I want?

Do you offer template bundles or customized kits?

Can you build a custom template for me or my team?

Can I just download a template and use it myself?

$147 CAD — paid in full upon booking. This includes your session, roadmap, and summary.

Are there different types of services or offerings?

Yes. Structura offers a combination of free resources, premium templates and toolkits, and customized services. Premium offerings are scoped based on complexity, customization requirements, and intended outcomes, often following a Fit Call or Strategic Clarity Diagnostic.

What payment methods do you accept?

Major credit cards, PayPal, and Stripe are accepted for all digital purchases. Services may require payment links or invoices depending on scope.

How is Structura priced — and what should I expect to invest?

Pricing varies by offering. The Strategic Clarity Diagnostic is a paid standalone session. Premium services, templates, and toolkits are scoped and priced individually based on business or career needs, customization requirements, and delivery depth. Free resources are available for foundational use. There are no long-term commitments or surprise fees — clarity and alignment come first.

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the nature of services and digital toolkits, all payments are final. If you're unsure, start with the Fit Call.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes — for larger engagements. Milestone-based or split payments can be arranged as needed.

How are payments handled?

All payments are securely processed through Stripe.

Are premium templates priced individually?

Yes. All premium templates and toolkits are priced individually and delivered through a customized engagement. A Fit Call or Strategic Clarity Diagnostic is used to confirm scope, alignment, and implementation requirements prior to access.

Can I apply a toolkit purchase to a future service?

In some cases, yes — especially within 30 days. This is handled case by case.

Can I return for support months later?

Yes. You can book another Diagnostic, apply for ongoing support, or request a refinement session.

Do you offer implementation help?

Yes — scoped only when necessary. Implementation is available for system builds, documentation rollouts, or toolkit integration.

Do you offer ongoing support after our session or project?

Yes — but only if it’s aligned. You may book ongoing implementation sessions, refinement support, or leadership alignment calls as needed. You’ll never be “upsold” into unnecessary packages. If support is required, we’ll recommend structured check-ins, system reviews, or implementation assistance — always scoped for your benefit, not ours.

What if my needs change after the roadmap is delivered?

You can always book another Diagnostic or Fit Call to reassess and adjust your strategy. Structura is built for evolving clarity

Execution & Follow-Through

Clarity is the starting point. Execution is what brings it to life. This section answers what happens after the roadmap is built — and how Structura supports implementation.

What if I need help building out the roadmap itself?

The roadmap is created with you — live during the session and delivered as a refined summary. If you need additional hands-on buildout after the Diagnostic (e.g., documents, templates, systems), we’ll scope that based on your capacity, timeline, and tools.

How hands-on is Structura during implementation?

It depends on your needs. Some clients prefer to implement with light guidance; others request full delivery (templating, document creation, system structuring). We never force one model — support is customized.

Can you work with my existing team?

Yes. Structura can align with your internal team — whether it's a VA, ops lead, HR advisor, or founder. We can provide implementation-ready tools, facilitate alignment, or lead targeted working sessions depending on your goals.
